Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. She is most famous for her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the principal character Jerrica Jem Betnton, in the movie Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She also has an older sister, Ally. Aubrey performed in the Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for 10 years. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory for the class of 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree on her entry again the second time because of her Nashville part. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). She appeared on television in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She was a major player on the Nashville series, in which she was Layla Grant. In 2019 Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014
